Check-out by 10:30 am
Please kindly inform us in advance (at least one day before check-in) of your expected arrival time via WhatsApp or by contacting the property by phone. Outside of these hours, we reserve the right to indicate a time that meets the needs of the reception staff.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND GUARANTEE
FLEXIBLE RATE
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: In case of cancellation or changes made up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline, the full cost of the entire stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, the penalty is 100%. No refund is provided for early departure after check-in.
GUARANTEE: At the time of booking confirmation, a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) with expiration date is required as guarantee.
